Collab Brainstorming.

Anyone wanna try a collab? I've always wanted to, but things have gotten in the way.

Ditto for me. I'd love to join, but I have no ideas in mind. Not sure if this is a big group project anyways, and I understand if this is the case.

I've seen collabs with multiple people before. I think we can pull it off. I cant believe that for once i have like...no ideas off the top of my head. *goes to grab idea journal*

Ok, so this mind sound a bit...I dont know how to describe it. but heres my idea so far.

A book that follows a couple kids through high school and the bullying they face. And through the bullying, they find each other. The kids band together and help eachother through the hard times.

I was thinking if someone wanted to do a realisted collab we had that, but i still have my mind working and anyone else can pitch in ideas...Please pitch in ideas actually.

Normally, two clubs can just learn to deal with each other…right? Well not at Rideway high. It doesn’t help that all the kids have powers. The two groups get out of hand, and pranks go wrong, causing an important kid from each group to go MIA.

The Drum line Section leader from marching band. Without him, the band has no tempo, and no one to lead them. And the lead girl vocal from the drama club. She’s the lead in all the musicals, and has a voice no one can top. Not to mention she’s the president of Drama Club. The Two groups must work together to get there class mates back, and find out why someone would try to take them in the first place.

(this was the one CC i made and i know avery was part of it at one point...I love this idea, not going to lie, but I dont know if i can write it by myself.)

and also...who all is going to take part in this?

I just find it odd that the marching band and drama club would be feuding factions, since they're so close at my school (and overlap considerably). Lol.

our band and drama club Hate eachother. Like we have fights over the auditorium and sets and what not. Its bad, seeing as I am a huge part of both and love both greatly. A guy wouldnt go out with me because i was in marching band. I said screw him when he told me to choose, but that is a totally differnt story.

a couple more questions:
1) who all is taking part in this
2) how should we do this? Should we start this as a CC then base a book off the plot or something
3) what idea do you want
4) do you have another idea of you own
5) if we do the second idea i posted, how would we balance out the charries. make sure you have at least one of each type? like, at least one band and one drama club member per person?

Well, this idea seems like a stretch for me, personally, just because I've always written high fantasy. I've only had one attempt at general fiction and for some reason, I can never survive through it. But, I still want to give it a try.

Dont you remember the caht? it was kinda a fantasyish high school where the kids had powers. If people want to do this as a realist book i guess we could...

5) That seems like it would come out to be a lot of charries...and we don't want character soup. Maybe we could determine beforehand who has what to keep a nice balance without everyone making one of each?
